| Basically they took way too long, they disappeared for hours, we were charged $300 more than what they quoted us, they broke some of our furniture, I am not satisfied at all. They moved my daughter to Ottawa as well and they broke her banister while taking furniture down the stairs. So, it was terrible. Don't hire this company. They need to stop lying for one thing, because he lied about a lot of things. He said that he was going to be there at each and every move and he didn't show up to either one of us. When my daughter called him for our move, which was the second move, and he asked on the phone if everything was alright, he then never showed up. He said that he shows up for every move to make sure everything went smoothly, which was a big lie. The price wasn't the same with the estimate, but ended up costing us a lot more. I packed everything. |
